How we get the deceased to your city
The city in Ukraine does not change the order of steps; only the last stretch of the road changes. We ask at once where the deceased will be received and agree the route, the documents and the border so that everything is on time at your address.
You give us the address
The country and the city we collect from, and the city or village in Ukraine to drive to. We need nothing else from you.
We handle the road and the papers
Documents, coffin, consulate, border and route: all on us. From far-off countries part of the journey is by air to an airport in a country next to Ukraine, then our vehicle takes over.
We bring the deceased to your city
The journey takes from 24 hours, counting from the moment the body is collected. We hand the deceased over to the family wherever you say. We do not promise direct flights to Ukraine.
Delivery to the cities on the list is already part of the price of bringing the deceased from abroad: there is no extra charge for the city. A funeral in Ukraine is priced separately. What else the price includes is on the Prices page.
What happens in Ukraine: the border and the papers
When a body is brought into Ukraine, the customs officer is shown the death certificate and a certificate that the body and the coffin contain no prohibited items (issued by an authority of the country of death and certified by the Ukrainian consulate). A short written statement for customs goes with them, and we write it. The coffin must be hermetic, metal and sealed.
Foreign documents are submitted to Ukrainian registry offices with a certified translation into Ukrainian, and the funeral allowance needs the certificate the consul issues when registering the death. Details are on the Documents page.

These are the territories we deliver to. If your city, town or village is not on the list, write to us and we will tell you frankly whether we can bring the deceased. For some cities and communities delivery may be temporarily impossible or need extra approval, and we say so in the first conversation.

In most cases, yes. The list consists of cities because that is how the official codifier keeps them, and villages and small settlements we reach in the same way. Name the place and we will say whether we can bring the deceased, and agree the route.
Does the price depend on the city in Ukraine?
Delivery to the cities on the list is already included in the "from" price for bringing the deceased from abroad. We name the final amount within 5 minutes, once we know the country, the city we collect from and the city in Ukraine. A funeral is priced separately.
How long does the journey take?
From 24 hours, counting from the moment the body is collected. The longer waits are usually for papers and a flight, so we run them in parallel.

Do you arrange the funeral in my city?
Yes, across all of Ukraine, and our coordinator manages the case from start to finish. A funeral is a separate service, and its cost is not included in the price of transporting the body. What we can take on is described on the page Funeral in Ukraine.
